I usually use this coloring on OTH .. but it fits really well in other caps/pics ..
*open the pic and crop it and sharpen it..
*Duplicate it set it to Screen [ depends on youe pic ] I duplcite it 3 times in the top copy go to Filter -> Blur -> Gussian Blur put the Radius 1.2 Pixel ..
